WE NEED YOUR HELP
Taking Donations
Every Donation Gives Hope To A Needy Family
CSGDR is a non-profit UA 501 (c) (3) organization. The Gleaners started out in Paradise, CA over 30 years ago, then forced to relocate during the 2018 Camp Fire. After relocating to Oroville, CA we realized the needs for outreach was even bigger than imagined. We expanded our resources, and extended our hands to the ongoing fire survivors who so desperately need all of our help.
Amongst the many programs we are also providing disaster relief in California, and our neighboring communities.
Fires are burning out of control, and lives are being destroyed. It's no longer a "What If?" but a matter of When? Each day disaster quickly approaches another community. Families who have worked hard to build a lifetime of memories to hand down to generations are gone ~ in an instant. As the dust settles people have nothing left but tears, as they are forced to live in the streets, their vehicles, or crowded into overflowing homes with family and friends.
In California, we have seen horrifying images of men, women, and children fleeing for their lives to escape the swift-moving fires that are torching everything in their path. Jobs are lost, and children's schools are burning to the ground. Everything you once knew or hoped for comes to a screeching halt. There is nothing left but ashes, broken dreams, and hopelessness.
What is Cal State Gleaners Disaster Response Fire Program?
HELP IS ON THE WAY...
1,000's of people are turning to the giving hearts and kind faces of Cal State Gleaners Disaster Response. They are quick to setup services, providing clothing, hygiene essentials, camping supplies, household goods and much needed food. Though they work hard and long hours making sure every need is met, they are diligent knowing that every moment counts for the one's who have just suffered loss and are struggling to just survive day by day.
We need your support!
Cal State Gleaners Disaster Response is a non-profit organization. We depend on donations made by people such as yourself. Without your donations and support we would not be able to continue to provide the resources and help they depend on.
The CSGDR has also joined forces with places such as GEM (Global Empowerment Mission), Costco, Walmart, LDS Church, Torres Shelter, Freedom House and even the Butte County Humane Society `~ for animal care and support.
Help us put the HOPE back into the lives of each and every one of these folks. We never know when it will be us standing in line ~ hoping their is enough to go around...
